I agree that we’re all humans, and no one have always the best day.

If I don’t have my day, I still have to be 100% professional, and say it in the morning. Then colleagues helps me to get into mood; or if the day is really bay, I just split from them.

No stress :-)

We don’t have similar level of technical skill in the team. We have a junior, 2 matadors (who are in the company for many years), and me. It’s a mixture, and the mixture makes great results.

We’re all open-minded, and patient — similar mindset is important, I agree.
