I work in Mob just for a couple of months now, so I don’t experience much yet.

I have one experience with one person leaving the team and one joining.

How did we handle that? We just spoke about that situation, welcomed the new colleague, introduced him into the domain and technical stack. And the rest was up to him — to ask if he didn’t know. We just talked more, and worked less.

I didn’t experience shuffling it yet. Right now we’re enjoying a good team mood. But I’m sure I’d like to visit another team at least for two weeks during this year.
