I’m practicing Mob for a half year now, colleagues in the company are doing it for years. Anyway only time will tell… so I’ll setup a reminder to write a recapitulation next year.

I personally was in the position of team lead and architect, and I personally don’t like this separated style “more experienced prepares and reviews, less experienced do the work”. I like to collaborate with more and less experienced people in the same time without distinguishing roles. Personal preference.
